1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, workshops, and offerings provided by The Sozo Space.

2. Nature of services

The Sozo Space offers expressive arts facilitation, creative workshops, and reflective group experiences.
These services do not constitute psychotherapy, medical treatment, or psychological counselling and do not replace professional medical or therapeutic care.

3. Booking and payment

Bookings become binding once confirmed. Payment terms, prices, and conditions are communicated at the time of booking or registration.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation conditions are stated in the respective event or service description.
Unless otherwise specified, cancellations made less than 2 days before the event are non-refundable.

5. Participation and responsibility

Participation in all offerings is voluntary and at the participant’s own responsibility. Participants are responsible for their physical and emotional well-being during sessions.

6. Liability

Liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence. No liability is assumed for personal belongings or indirect damages.

7. Applicable law

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Germany.
